A letter from uncle to his best student "ANAMIKA"

I have been teaching Mathematics since 1991, when I passed XII. I taught so many students at Roorkee, Mussoorie and Dehradun upto XII standard. I gave tuition in Mathematics to the students of THE DOON SCHOOL and also taught Mukesh the grandson of Padmashree RUSKIN BOND and many more.
Recently, I was teaching a batch of class XII [CBSE]. There was a student in this batch, named "ANAMIKA" (name changed). I had been teaching her Mathematics for three years, when she was in X standard. I naver seen, so sober, decent, cute and commanding girl in the past. She never said to me, Sir. She said to me uncle, because I said her parents Bhai Saheb-Bhabhi Ji. She was very possessive on her uncle (me).
One day, I was wearing Jawaharcut and Himachali topi (cap), she came and said promptly, "Uncle aaj cartoon kyon bane hue ho ?" I asked, "What are you taking about ?" She replied, "Itni tameez se to aapko samjha rahi hun." I became wordless.
Since, I live alone Bhabhi Ji (her mother), often send breakfast for me with her, she, the great girl, never deny her mom for this. When I asked,"Why do you bring breakfast for me, daily, while you are paying your fee in time ?" She replied,"To kya hua uncle, sharmao mat, chupchap garam-garam paranthe khalo, tiffin dho ke de dena, mummy ne bola hai." What a command with affection ! I followed her saying promptly. I said,"Don't say with such affection. I'll weep like an innocent child. You were my mother in past life." Other students passed smile on my honest words.
Once she said," Uncle, kal sunday hai, kitchen saaf kar lena." Dear readers you don't believe I utilized that sunday to clean and set the kitchen. It was the magic of affection of her words. Since, my kitchen was o.k., due to her possessive command, I could arrange a prayer on 7 january 2011, on VI "JAYANTI" of my loving brother "SHASHANK". Thank you ANAMIKA, thanks a lot.
She was a good friend also. I shared my various personal problems with her. She was never tense with this. Being a child, she suggested very genuine solutions of various problems, like a guardian, like an intellectual person. She never laughed at me. She never took my words lightly. She always kept a decency and gravity in her behavior. She never shared her personal problems, her feelings and sentiment with me. She hid her feelings beautifully. I felt childish in front of such great child. I'll miss you my guardian.
Since, from childhood, I never got the true affection of any woman in any relationship, a negative opinion developed in my mind about women. I honestly say that there was no regard for women in my mind, but, my child, you had shown me that what a great character can a woman has ! Why women are worshipped as goddess ? You have washed out all negative thinking, about women, from my mind with your great attitude and sanskaras. My dear child, I am very thankful to you and Bhabhi Ji for this. You are a great daughter of a great mother. I am sure, you always will keep such great attitude in your life.
Sometimes, your classmate did not come, you came and studied alone properly. A girl of high moral can bear such confidence. I am very impressed and thanks to you, Bhai Saheb-Bhabhi Ji for showing trust on me.
I don't know what did you receive from me, but, I received a lot of attitudes, qualities, way of presentation and positive approach from you, which will groom my personality and then my life. Thank you Bitiya for so many presents.
I started to see my younger brother SHASHANK'S image in you. So caring, so affectionate, so respectful, so clear heart, so trustworthy. I love you my child, my best student, my guardian, my friend. I miss you ANAMIKA at every moment.
In future, at any moment of life, if you need any help from your uncle, Beta, be sure, your uncle will always be with you.
My child, never see behind, move forward confidently in the path of progress, in the path of achievements; the sky is waiting you with open hands, you are a shining star of the future, I'll raise my head to see you in the sky and I'll be very proud of you to see the fulfillment of my dreams on behalf of you. God bless you my child "ANAMIKA"
